KC Mahindra Scholarship
Every year, the K. C. Mahindra Education Trust grants interest-free loans as scholarships to deserving students to pursue post-graduate studies abroad in various fields. Around 80 scholarships are awarded each year.
Let’s talk about the moolah:
A maximum amount of Rs 8 lakhs is offered to the top 3 fellows. All other applicants who are awarded the scholarship receive a maximum amount of Rs 4 lakh.
Am I eligible?
Yes, if you are:
- An Indian student
- Possess a first Class degree or equivalent diploma of similar standard from a recognized university
- Already have an admit or have applied for admission in reputable foreign universities for courses commencing from August of a the given year to February of the next year
No, if you are:
- Going abroad for undergraduate studies, seminars & conferences.
When can I apply?
The application period for the scholarship starts every year towards the end of January and ends towards the end of March. The shortlisted candidates are interviewed around July.
